This item was selected and purchased by two of Velnica's designers at an antique market in Japan.
This is a print of an ukiyo-e designed by Utagawa Hiroshige.
This is one of the “One Hundred Famous Views of Edo,” titled “Kawaguchi no watashi Zenkoji (ferry crossing at Kawaguchi and Zenkoji Temple)”, depicting a famous spot in Edo (present-day Tokyo) during the Edo period.
It depicts a ferry crossing that connects both banks of the Arakawa River.
The red building in the background on the right is Zenkoji Temple.
It is a beautiful design depicting a majestic river with a row of rafts transporting lumber to the city of Edo.
Please note that this is a used item, so there may be staines or scratches.
