■Item Descriptions■

This item was hand selected and purchased at an antique market in Japan.

This is a print of an ukiyo-e designed by Utagawa Hiroshige.

This is one of the “One Hundred Famous Views of Edo,” titled “Nihonbashi Edobashi (Nihonbashi Bridge and Edobashi Bridge)”, depicting a famous spot in Edo (present-day Tokyo) during the Edo period.

This depicts the view from above Nihonbashi.
The bold design highlights a large depiction of the railings of Nihonbashi Bridge and a scene of Botefuri (hand-held fishermen) carrying freshly purchased bonito.
In the distance you can see the sun beginning to rise.

Please note that this is a used item, so there may be visible wear.

Thank you for your understanding.
